Deer antler refers to the young horn of the sika deer or red deer without ossification and hairy hair. The antler contains phospholipids, glycolipids, gums, hormones, fatty acids, amino acids, proteins and calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and other components. The amino acid components account for more than half of the total components.
