Root is cylindrical, diameter of 5 to 15 mm, surface grayish brown, with longitudinal wrinkles; old woody roots, fine roots easily broken, section flat, narrow sheath, gray, Kibe broad, brown, cambium ring clear , hollow pith. Stems flat cylindrical, 3-6 mm in diameter, yellow-green surface, with fine longitudinal wrinkles and sparse thin thin punctate Picon, hollow, young stems hairy. Leaves more wrinkled broken, intact leaves ovate-elliptic, yellow-green to dark green. Flowering sustainable summer, open purple flowers, calyx 5-lobed, bell-shaped corolla.
